Sales Negotiator role with Progression Opportunities

We are looking for an experienced negotiator to join our expanding team.  The successful applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record as an estate agent winning new business together with the ability to negotiate complex transactions whilst providing exceptional customer service

This is a an exciting opportunity for the right person.

Key responsibilities:
This is a sales role that requires a confident and friendly person with experience in winning quality property listings and converting them to successful sales.

As well as winning instructions and conducting viewings, the role would require excellent negotiation skills in order to progress sales from point of offer to completion, including the ability to multi-task and demonstrate excellent organisational skills. You will be expected to meet targets and provide referrals for associated services that we offer

Additionally the successful applicant would be able to support their branch manager to ensure systems and procedures are correctly followed, as well as advising and coaching more junior members of staff to aid their progression and learning

Office location and remuneration would be dependent on previous experience

The opportunity and training will be provided for those who wish to take the NAEA technical award.

Apprentice

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice on the National Apprenticeship Scheme. The role is a full time position and will lead to a nationally recognised qualification through a level 2 apprenticeship in Business Admin or Customer Services. The apprenticeship will last 1 year to 18 months depending on the candidate and could lead to a permanent position for the right person. 
The role is primarily an administrative one and has plenty of opportunity to benefit from Maslen Estate Agent’s renowned in-house training to enable you to develop a successful and rewarding career in estate agency.

The main duties will include support for the sales team, printing and emailing property details, filing, photocopying, post and taking photographs along with other general office duties. In time you will be trained to answer the phone and meet and greet clients.

The successful candidate will have GCSE grades A – C, be highly motivated and energetic with a desire to succeed and do well. They must ensure a high level of attention to detail and be proud of their quality of work.

Apprenticeship starting salary of £2.68 per hour paid monthly plus all training.
