Office Junior
Main Objectives
To provide administration support to the Sales Team, to answer telephones when there is a high volume of calls, to meet and greet clients when they enter the office.
Key Responsibilities
Filing, photocopying, taking photographs and other general administration duties.
Answer the telephone promptly in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure calls are put through to the correct person. Take accurate messages when the requested recipient is unavailable and pass them on immediately.
Greet visitors in a friendly, polite, professional and helpful manner in conjunction with the company’s high level customer service ethos. Ensure staff are notified promptly when visitors arrive.
Generally give information and help as required.
Keep the office tidy.
