Sales Negotiator role with Progression Opportunities
We are looking for an experienced negotiator to join our expanding team. The successful applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record as an estate agent winning new business together with the ability to negotiate complex transactions whilst providing exceptional customer service
This is a an exciting opportunity for the right person as this role could lead to a branch manager position, for which full training and support would be provided.
Key responsibilities:
This is a sales role that requires a confident and friendly person with experience in winning quality property listings and converting them to successful sales.
As well as winning instructions and conducting viewings, the role would require excellent negotiation skills in order to progress sales from point of offer to completion, including the ability to multi-task and demonstrate excellent organisational skills. You will be expected to meet targets and provide referrals for associated services that we offer
Additionally the successful applicant would be able to support their branch manager to ensure systems and procedures are correctly followed, as well as advising and coaching more junior members of staff to aid their progression and learning
Office location and remuneration would be dependent on previous experience
Maslen Estate Agents is an Investor in People business and Approved by Trading Standards. The opportunity and training will be provided for those who wish to take the NAEA technical award.
