David established Maslen Estate Agents in 1999, having previously worked for one of the largest corporate agencies in the country. He knew things needed to change and his vision was to build a business based on the values of trust, integrity and results. With hard work and dedication he achieved those aims.

David’s passionate commitment to customer care has always been his top priority. Today in Brighton and Hove’s extremely competitive rental sector that approach is something that is needed more than ever and which he and his team deliver on a daily basis.
Paul knows Brighton. Born and raised here, he has lived and worked across the city from Hove to Woodingdean. His career has spanned Kemp Town, Hove, Seven Dials, Preston Park, Fiveways and he is now based at our Lewes Road office.
When he joined Maslen Estate Agents in 2008 Paul already had 17 years of experience as an estate agent. A proven property sales expert with a dedicated and driven work ethic, he now leads the Maslen sales team by example, with a personal reputation based on giving honest and sound advice.
Working hard to achieve results for clients is something that Paul takes extremely seriously, because he loves helping people achieve their property dreams.
