Maslen Estate Agents has taken on its first two apprentices, Joshua Ward and Sam Neal. The agency decided to join the National Apprenticeship Scheme to provide the opportunity for school leavers to take their first step in a career in estate agency with a programme that combines study and practical experience. As part of their apprenticeship Joshua and Sam are working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Property Services and receive additional mentoring from Northbrook College, aiding the transition from school to work.

Maslen Estate Agents is proud to announce it is has received its licence from the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). The NAEA introduced the licence as the latest step in ensuring integrity and professional conduct within the industry. Maslen Estate Agents has long been a member of the NAEA and the agency’s intensive in-house training programme meant it easily met the criteria of at least one member of staff in each of its four citywide branches holding the NAEA qualification in residential sales, along with length of membership and meeting the strict code of conduct and length of NAEA membership required.
