We’ve done it again! For a sixth consecutive year our consistently high results, levels of customer service and marketing have been ranked amongst the very best in the entire UK.

Designed to help sellers and landlords choose who to entrust with their homes and properties, the Best Estate Agent Guide is one of the most highly regarded organisations in the UK property sector.

Each year they meticulously scrutinise the data of approximately 15,000 agents up and down the country, carrying out a rigorous assessment that also includes information on how quickly a property is sold or let by them and the percentage of the price they achieve compared with other agents in the same location.

As a local independent business we are so incredibly proud to let you know that the Sales teams in each and every one of our three branches individually achieved the highest possible award of Exceptional, rating them within the Top 5% of estate agents in the country.
