Maslen Estate Agents has continued to grow throughout 2014, with another six new members of staff joining over the summer. In a year that has seen property values go up by at least 10% the business has gone from strength to strength. As well as an extremely buoyant market, this has been due to the strong team, investment in training and professional reputation Maslen Estate Agents has earned over the last 15 years.
As well as new negotiators at Trainee, Junior and Senior levels, Maslen Estate Agents has also hired its first dedicated Sales Co-ordinator, Paula Carter. Based in the Hove office, Paula works with the Director David Maslen and all the branch managers to support the sales process through to completion. Under the close supervision of the manager managing the sale she is completely focused on the day-to-day liaison with solicitors, vendors, purchasers and other estate agents to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
Maslen Estate Agents has also taken on a new Apprentice, William Slingsby, following the second promotion of their last apprentice Sam Neal to Junior Negotiator.
