"The southerly view from the back of the house are what made us fall in love with it. Looking out to sea and across the fields. Woodingdean is very peaceful and you can often hear birdsong and sheep in the distance. We’ve spent many happy hours on our bespoke deck in the sun - it’s perfect for bbqs. We added a big patio door to the lounge and it’s a real sun trap even in the winter and lets us enjoy the view to it’s fullest. We’ve modernised and decorated every room in the house since we bought it. Woodingdean has been ideal for us as an outdoorsy family - you can be up running or walking in the South Downs within 5-10 mins from the front door and Rottingdean beach is so close as well. The surroundings have been a blessing during lockdown. We’ll be very sad to leave this house and Woodingdean (to move closer to family)."
