WHAT THE OWNER SAYS:
"I really enjoyed living in this house. It's airy, light and spacious, and you feel as though you are on the edge of the countryside, with the views up to Hollingbury Woods - you can easily access lovely walks in this area. The views from the front and back of the house, particularly from upstairs windows, also make you feel like you are on top of the world! It's a lovely garden, which because of its shape catches the sun in different places at different times of day. Had I lived here when I was younger it would have been the ideal place to raise my family, a good-sized family home with schools just on the doorstep, the local park, and also being well placed for good secondary schools, Varndean and Dorothy Stringer. It's also a very friendly little close, and I found that Hollingdean in general had a great sense of community. It was particularly useful to me to also have easy access to town via the number 50 bus just down the road, and a convenience shop within 5 minutes' walk. I was very comfortable and content living here."

Fiveways is a family area. Outside of central Brighton but close enough to make town easily accessible, there are good schools, big houses and great parks. It's a village in itself. There's a traditional greengrocer, butcher & deli, with plenty of green space nearby – Blakers Park, Preston Park and access to the South Downs via Ditchling Road.Fiveways is where people come to settle down in a family home, but still want everything Brighton has to offer.
