I have lived here for over 20 years so as you can guess I love both the house and its location. As I gained a family it has really come into its own and we have expanded, (check out the sunsets from the attic conversion) the nearby nursery, school, and parks have all proved very useful.
Transport is no problem even without a car. I prefer to walk to the station or into town but there are bus stops and an Enterprise Car Club car very close by, as well as BTN BikeShare bicycles at the bottom of the hill.
Nearby corner shops and cafes add to the convenience and of course I have to mention the excellent Hartington pub so temptingly close! They serve great food, particularly their Sunday roasts.
