' We've put a lot of love and effort into this house since we moved here in 2014. It's really well insulated so warms up very quickly in winter keeping the heating bills down and the under floor heating in the kitchen and bathroom make it extra cosy. In the summer the garden gets the sun all day so we enjoy a lot of alfresco dining on the patio where you can also see the sea! In the mornings we often see bluetits in the trees overlooking the garden and get regular visits from robins, squirrels and foxes too! We've found this area to be really friendly and very convenient, especially as the parking is so easy. We'll definitely miss living here but hope whoever moves here enjoys it as much as we have.'
