''I purchased 67 Ladysmith Road 7 years ago as my first property. When I first moved in the whole house was completely gutted - every room was redecorated, since then most rooms have been decorated a second time.
The house is very cosy - the main bedrooms are a great size - it's very difficult to find such spacious rooms in Brighton. From the front bedroom you can actually see the sea which is amazing on a summer day.
My favourite part of the house is probably the garden. It's very relaxing out there. The street is very quiet and the garden gets the sun most of the day. Many BBQs and lounging in hammocks have been enjoyed over the last few years.
Another benefit of Ladysmith Road is the parking, it's one of the non-permit areas and there is always space to park.
