Owners Opinion
''Our home was our first purchase, and step on to the property ladder. It was always going to hold a certain amount of sentimental value to us. We got the 'gut feeling' that this was the property that we wanted as soon as we walked in. The size of the sitting room is the biggest asset to the flat. It always feels bright and airy, even in the winter. We also have a huge loft storage area, which means if you leave the living room as minimal as possible, then there is more than enough room for all kinds of furniture….dining table, or even a 'work station'.

We have really felt the benefit of having gas central heating this winter. We had a brand new boiler installed in November 09, and our gas bill went down by 23% two months later.

The location is great too. 30 seconds to Co-op and 2 minutes to Sainsburys. There is also an assortment of pubs, bars, and shops nearby. The city centre is minutes away on the bus from the bottom of the main road, which runs 24 hours a day if you like partying. The only reason that we are leaving our flat is because one of us has finished at University. We will be very sad to leave Brighton, and the flat that feels so much like 'home'.''
