This house has been our home for over 30 happy years. It was a huge decision to sell and has taken a lot of thought because the house and location is perfect for a family. The house is spacious and light, the solar panels reduce the electricity bills greatly and give us a small return. Having two bathrooms was ideal when we had teenagers. Parking has never been a problem with the drive being able to take at least 2/3 cars. Many of our neighbours have lived here for over 30 years as well, showing the that area is well thought of.
