'We've been here for 31 years and have really enjoyed living here. As our boys grew, we added on the extension to fit our family and now that it's just the two of us, we'd like to downsize and move onto somewhere new.
The things that we like most about our home are the picnic area in the garden where we have very much enjoyed a glass of wine in the summer sun with friends. The boys used to love having sleepovers in the room above the garage and the fact that it takes less than five minutes to walk the dog upto the Downs. The driveway and garage with parking for upto four cars is perfect for when we have guests.
