"This was the first flat we bought; after a long search of what was on the market we decided this was the home for us. We wanted to buy something that had potential and the first thing I noticed on this flat was the layout. The fact that you didn’t have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom, the kitchen not being inside the lounge and being able to open a window whilst cooking, and having a garden. We decided to make the lounge/kitchen open plan with a breakfast bar so when we cook for guests we can still socialise. It has so much light with the sun shining in the back garden all morning and in the afternoon it shines in the front.

The location is perfect for us, my partner cycles to the train station every morning to work and I can hit the A23 every morning easily. Free parking was an added bonus as not many areas have that in Brighton and at the weekends we can just walk into town or to the beach within 15-20 minutes. The neighbourhood itself is great; so friendly and we have a lovely pub around the corner or if you wanted to walk a little further you have many other pubs across near Hanover where they do great Thai food or Sunday Roasts!
