Having lived in Woodingdean for over 30 years and in the property for 12 years I have truly felt at home here. This bungalow first attracted me due to the fact it ticked all the boxes: spacious both inside and out, beautiful views of the sunset overlooking the downs and a quiet but caring neighbourhood. I have enjoyed spending my summers in the conservatory and large secluded garden where I have watched my family grow. Although I will really miss the bungalow and all of its features it is time for me to downsize and let another family enjoy all this bungalow has to offer.
