Our Woodingdean branch is on the main parade of shops as you drive into Woodingdean between Downs Hotel at the Cross Roads and the Sussex Nuffield. It is situated opposite Downlands School, Woodingdean Youth Club and the Library.

Ben Hawley M.N.A.E.A. - Manager, Woodingdean office

Having joined the team in 2002 as a Trainee Negotiator, Ben has continually proved himself and has progressed to overall responsibility for running the Woodingdean office. He will be with you every step of the way from the initial valuation to completion of your sale. Determined to defy the classic stereotype of estate agents, Ben is down-to-earth, approachable and dedicated to providing the best service possible.
Ben has an NVQ level 3 in Estate Agency and passed all four of the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Award exams in February 2006.
Sharon Wareham M.N.A.E.A. - Sales Administrator

Sharon got her first job in an estate agency back in 1998 and has great enthusiasm for matching people with property. Her responsibilities include showing prospective buyers properties and she gets a real buzz when they find their perfect home, plus getting to tell the vendors the good news! Brighton born and bred, she is passionate about the diversity the city has to offer, ideally situated between the sea and the Downs. Honest and down to earth, Sharon is also an avid supporter of various charities including Shelter, British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK.
Shanade McClelland - Office Junior

Shanade provides essential administrative support to the sales team in the Woodingdean office. She is responsible for answering the phones, handling enquiries and helping register new buyers.
Shanade first came to Maslen Estate Agents on a week’s work experience back in 2006 and joined the team full time in January 2010. She really enjoys meeting new people and is keen to progress her career in estate agency.
