Ben Hawley M.N.A.E.A. - Manager, Woodingdean office

Having joined the team in 2002 as a Trainee Negotiator, Ben has continually proved himself and has progressed to overall responsibility for running the Woodingdean office. He will be with you every step of the way from the initial valuation to completion of your sale. Determined to defy the classic stereotype of estate agents, Ben is down-to-earth, approachable and dedicated to providing the best service possible. 

Ben has an NVQ level 3 in Estate Agency and passed all four of the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Award exams in February 2006.

Sharon Wareham M.N.A.E.A. - Negotiator

Sharon got her first job in estate agency back in 1998 and has been with Maslen Estate Agents since 2008. Starting out her career in a secretarial role, she has continually shown great dedication and a propensity for matching people with property. She was promoted to Negotiator in May 2011.

Sharon gets a real buzz out of securing sales and helping people find their ideal home. Her responsibilities include conducting viewings, seller support and sales progression. Brighton born and bred, she is passionate about the diversity the city has to offer. She has been a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 2009.

Hannah Godwin - Office Co-ordinator

Hannah has been part of Maslen Estate Agents since March 2010, where she provides essential administrative support to the sales teams in both Woodingdean and Fiveways.  As well as being responsible for keeping the offices running smoothly, her duties include filing, answering telephones and making appointments.

Hannah has a keen interest in property and helping people move, so takes particular pride in putting homes in their best light when preparing the property particulars.

Josh Ward - Apprentice

Following work experience in 2009, Joshua joined the Maslen Estate Agent’s Woodingdean team as an apprentice in June 2011. His duties include administrative tasks such as filing, helping maintain property lists and learning how the office runs. As part of his apprenticeship he is studying towards an NVQ Level 2 in Property Services.

Brighton born and bred, Joshua chose to pursue a career in estate agency as he saw the opportunity to progress and liked the variety of the job.
