Nick Wall M.N.A.E.A. - Manager, Hove office

Having been with David since the company started in 1999, Nick is responsible for running the Church Road office in Hove. His progression is testament to David's belief in staff development and Nick's hard work. He takes great satisfaction in getting top results for his clients and is constantly striving to find ways to improve the service further.  

Responsible for initial valuations within his area and supporing clients through the sales process, Nick is the main point of contact for sellers. He achieved his NVQ level 3 in Estate Agency in 2002 and has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 2005 having passed all four of their technical exams. Nick's a family man and is Brighton born and bred.  

Martin Jones - Trainee Negotiator

Martin’s role is to support the senior team. His responsibilities include preparing sales particulars, booking and carrying out viewings, booking valuations and liaising with potential buyers.  

 

He has over three years experience and chose this career path as he was attracted to working in a busy and dynamic environment and the variety of the job. Martin’s qualifications include GNVQs in business studies and photography.

Claire Howell - Office Co-ordinator

Claire is responsible for supporting Nick and the sales team and making sure the office runs efficiently. She likes dealing with properties and meeting different people each day. Claire is hard working and particularly enjoys the variety that her job brings.
