Nick Wall M.N.A.E.A. - Manager, Hove office

Having been with David since the company started in 1999, Nick is responsible for running the Church Road office in Hove. His progression is testament to David's belief in staff development and Nick's hard work. He takes great satisfaction in getting top results for his clients and is constantly striving to find ways to improve the service further.

Responsible for initial valuations within his area and supporting clients through the sales process, Nick is the main point of contact for sellers. He achieved his NVQ level 3 in Estate Agency in 2002 and has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 2005 having passed all four of their technical exams. Nick's a family man and is Brighton born and bred.

Tom Sawyer - Negotiator

Previously based in London, Tom has worked in estate agency for over ten years. His industry experience and approachability make him a great asset to the Hove branch, where he is primarily responsible for conducting valuations, viewings, giving essential feedback and supporting sellers throughout the sales process.

With a keen interest in different types of property, Tom relishes the challenges and variety of each day and helping people to find their new home. He lives in Hove with his wife and pet dog Lottie.

Kelly rejoined the team for the third time in August 2011, having originally started with the company in 2002 before the birth of her first child. She is responsible for the smooth running of the Hove office, providing administrative support to the team there. Her duties include filing, answering the telephones and making appointments.

Brighton born and bred, Kelly is loyal, conscientious and hardworking. She enjoys the fast pace and varied workload of her role and supporting the team.
