Paul Wilkinson M.N.A.E.A. - Manager

Having first entered the world of estate agency in 1991, Paul is a very experienced agent, well familiar with the local market. As the Manager of the Fiveways office, he is responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, leading his team and overseeing and securing sales.

 

Paul loves his job and particularly enjoys going out and meeting people. He gets a real sense of achievement from the sales process and takes genuine pleasure in helping people move. Paul is down to earth, honest and reliable. He is a family man from Brighton and now resides in Southwick.

Lydia Simmonds M.N.A.E.A. - Junior Negotiator

Joining Maslen Estate Agents in June 2008, Lydia plays a vital role liaising with potential buyers and keeping clients fully up-to-date on the progress of their sale. This includes matching buyers to properties and managing viewings, as well as learning the ropes of negotiations and sales progression.

 

Lydia is very approachable and gets a great sense of satisfaction from helping people move with minimum stress. She received her National Association of Estate Agents Technical Award in July 2009.

Hannah Godwin - Office Co-ordinator

Hannah joined in March 2010 and it is her responsibility to support the sales team in Fiveways. As well as providing essential secretarial support, her role includes administrative duties, preparing property particulars and arranging appointments. She also deals with potential buyers, registering details, arranging viewings and confirming them. Hannah has a keen interest in property, as well as helping people move, which makes her a valuable part of the team.
