Paul Wilkinson M.N.A.E.A. - Manager

Having first entered the world of estate agency in 1991, Paul is a very experienced agent, well familiar with the local market. Joining the Company in January 2008 and as the Manager of the Fiveways office, he is responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, leading his team and overseeing and securing sales.

Paul loves his job and particularly enjoys going out and meeting people. He gets a real sense of achievement from the sales process and takes genuine pleasure in helping people move. Paul is down to earth, honest and reliable. He is a family man from Brighton and now resides in Southwick.

James Beale - Negotiator

James is an experienced negotiator, having worked in estate agency in the city since 2004. He has completed a number of National Association of Estate Agent (NAEA) courses, including negotiation and conveyancing, and is hoping to become a qualified member of the NAEA.

Joining in May 2011, James is responsible for securing sales and supporting both buyers and sellers throughout the process, to make it an exciting, rather than stressful, time. His honest and approachable nature makes him ideal in this role, including supporting junior members of the team. He also enjoys meeting new people and guiding them through the intricacies of the property market.

Dominic Ryan - Trainee Negotiator

Dominic is a recent addition to the team, joining in May 2011. He started his career in lettings, where he established an interest in property that he wished to expand on. Dominic enjoys building relationships with buyers and sellers to help them move and offering excellent customer service. His main duties include booking appointments for valuations and viewings, accompanying potential buyers and supporting the senior team.

Having lived in Brighton since early childhood, Dominic has a passion for the city, which combined with his enthusiasm for the job and empathy with people makes him a valuable member of the team.

Hannah Godwin - Office Co-ordinator

Hannah has been part of Maslen Estate Agents since March 2010, where she provides essential secretarial and administrative support to the sales teams in both Woodingdean and Fiveways.  As well as being responsible for keeping the offices running smoothly, her duties include filing, answering telephones and making appointments.

Hannah has a keen interest in property and helping people move, so takes particular pride in putting homes in their best light when preparing the property particulars.
